Haywood County Call Center for Persons Affected by Evergreen Mill Closure
The Haywood County ‘Mill Town Strong’ helpline operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (calls received after 5:00 p.m. will be returned the next business day). The helpline is intended to assist callers with both Health and Human Services and Community Resources. Those seeking help with employment, training, health insurance, healthcare, and financial assistance/guidance will be referred to appropriate resources. Persons affected by the Evergreen Mill closure are encouraged to call to learn about all potential resources offered in Haywood County.
